Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter II Division of Responsibilities

Article 5 The municipal people's governments, the relevant departments of the provincial government is the community of the focal point of the management, the main responsibilities are:

Chapter III Construction Process

Chapter IV: Operation and Management

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 25 The Provincial Science and Technology Department is responsible for the interpretation of these measures.

Article 26 These Measures shall come into force on January 1, 2022, and shall be valid until December 31, 2024.
