On the morning of April 9, Yu Xiangdong, Deputy Secretary of the Binzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Zhang Baoliang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Binzhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor;Wang Jindong, Secretary-General of the Binzhou Municipal Government; Yin Meiying, Secretary of the Huimin County Party Committee; Shang Libo, Director of the Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce; Yan Guang, Director of the Binzhou Investment Promotion Center; and Zhan Yi, Director of the Binzhou Municipal Government Liaison Office in Beijing, visited Guichuan United. They were warmly received by Tang Yidi, President of Guichuan United; Zhuang Tian, General Manager of the Shandong Branch; and Zhang Jie, General Manager of the Tianjin Branch.

Located in northern Shandong Province, Binzhou serves as the province’s northern and western gateways. With a land area of 9,600 square kilometers and a population of 3.92 million, Binzhou administers two districts, one city, four counties, and three municipal-level development zones, boasting a uniquely advantageous geographical location. Within a 100-kilometer radius of Binzhou, seven cities are within reach; within a 300-kilometer radius, seven second-tier cities are accessible.Binzhou is currently designated as a planned national transportation hub city. The planned Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Rail Second Corridor, Jinan-Binzhou High-Speed Rail, and Bohai Rim High-Speed Rail are set to converge in Binzhou. Once completed, travel time from Binzhou to Beijing will be one hour, to the provincial capital Jinan half an hour, and to Shanghai three hours, making it a true node and hub city in the Bohai Rim region.

Binzhou boasts five industrial clusters each valued at over 100 billion yuan and five strategic emerging industries. The five industrial clusters are high-end aluminum, high-end chemicals, high-efficiency eco-textiles, food processing, and livestock and aquaculture. The emerging industries primarily include high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new materials, next-generation information technology, and modern services.

At the meeting, Mayor Yu provided a detailed overview of Binzhou’s general situation, resource advantages, and industrial park development. He also commended the achievements made by GuChuan United over its 11 years of dedicated work in investment promotion and expressed hope for cooperation in areas such as investment promotion in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, agency-based investment promotion and operation of industrial parks, online investment promotion cloud platforms, and talent training.

Tang Yidi, President of Guichuan Lianxing, outlined the vision and direction for cooperation with Binzhou and introduced the company’s investment promotion service model. He stated that in the future, the company would fully commit to advancing cooperation with Binzhou, assisting the city in attracting projects centered on its advantageous industries and emerging sectors to boost Binzhou’s economic development.
