To date, the park has developed an area of nearly 7.12 square kilometers, with cumulative infrastructure investment totaling 620 million yuan. The park’s facilities—including roads, water supply and drainage, electricity, heating, natural gas, and telecommunications—are fully developed, meeting the “seven utilities and one leveling” standard required for enterprise relocation. In 2010, it was officially approved by the Liaoning Provincial People’s Government and designated as a key economic park within the Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt.
