Established in 2019, the Yingkou Heyi Economic Development Zone is under the jurisdiction of Zhanqian District, Yingkou City. In May 2021, it was upgraded to a provincial-level economic development zone following approval by the provincial government. With a planned area of 5.18 square kilometers, the zone is located in the eastern part of Yingkou’s main urban area. Boasting a prominent geographical location and well-developed infrastructure, it serves as the primary hub for industrial development in Zhanqian District.In addition to benefiting from the "Zhanqian District Investment Promotion Preferential Policies," enterprises entering the park may also receive special preferential policies for major projects through a "one-company-one-policy" approach and a "green channel," providing the greatest possible support for their development.
