The Benxi Guanyin Ge Economic Development Zone is a provincial-level economic development zone established with the approval of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Government. Located within the central urban cluster of Liaoning Province, the zone is adjacent to the core area of the Shenyang Modern Metropolis and lies 90 kilometers from downtown Shenyang. The zone enjoys convenient transportation links, with access points to the Shenyang-Dandong Expressway and the Liaoning Central Ring Expressway within the county. It is 85 kilometers from Shenyang Taoxian International Airport and 160 kilometers from the nearest port, Dandong Port.The development zone has a total planned area of 10.8 square kilometers. The core area is equipped with comprehensive infrastructure, including water supply, drainage, and sewage treatment systems, as well as industrial electricity, natural gas, and industrial heating. It serves as a pioneer and demonstration zone for Benxi Manchu Autonomous County’s participation in the new round of economic revitalization in Liaoning and Northeast China.
