The Shenyang Aviation Industrial Park was developed and constructed by the Shenyang Aviation Industry Group, a municipal-level state-owned enterprise in Shenyang. The park is divided into southern and northern zones, with the southern zone further subdivided into the Hunnan and Sujiatun areas. Covering a total area of 2,500 mu, 1,500 mu has already been developed. The facilities include three-story frame-structure workshops, single-story steel-structure workshops, and supporting R&D buildings. The park has already taken shape,More than 50 enterprises have signed agreements and moved into the park, engaging in activities such as aircraft component manufacturing and integration, engine component manufacturing and integration, major civil aircraft component manufacturing, gas turbine R&D and manufacturing, aviation new materials, aviation technology R&D, aviation maintenance, and aviation education and training. The Northern Zone, which includes the core area of the Shenbei Aerospace City and the Fakou Zone, is currently under active development.
