Strengthen the introduction and cultivation of high-end talents in the convention and exhibition industry, encourage institutions of higher education to set up majors in convention and exhibition, promote the exchange of talents, cooperation and practical training between convention and exhibition enterprises and institutions of higher education and scientific research institutes, support skilled laborers in the field of convention and exhibition industry to take part in vocational skills training, encourage the development of industry skills competitions, and promote the inclusion of the province's vocational skills competition projects. Carry out study and exchange in the convention and exhibition industry, and introduce domestic and foreign advanced ideas and experience in running exhibitions into our province through organizing industry exchange forums, conferences and other activities, so as to improve the professional level of convention and exhibition practitioners in the province. Establish a statistical system covering the exhibition industry at the provincial, municipal and county levels, and explore the establishment of a data sharing and exchange mechanism among the departments of commerce, trade promotion and statistics to exchange information on a regular basis. Promote the platformization of data collection and accounting analysis, and improve the scientificity, accuracy and timeliness of data. Expand and optimize the key contact sample enterprises of the exhibition industry, and encourage and support enterprises to join the national and provincial statistical sample database of the exhibition industry. Cities and Shenfu Demonstration Zone shall strengthen the management and scheduling of sample enterprises, and strictly control data reporting and industry operation tracking.
