Article III Enterprise Settlement Incentive

I. Reporting Conditions

1. Newly registered independent legal person enterprises from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025, apply for two times according to the registration of rental and formal operation;

Chapter III  Supervision and management

Article IX Declaration Notice. Article XI Funds allocation. Article XII Supervision and Management. Enterprises, associations or alliances should establish a policy to support the management of funds in special accounts, separate accounting financial system, subsidies and incentives are limited to funds for local production, operation, personnel, research and development, ecological construction and other activities, and shall not be transferred elsewhere or diverted to other uses. Article XIII Accountability. Article 14 Punitive Measures. Chapter IV  By-laws
