Chapter I General Provisions

Article III of the quality award validation adhere to the principles of science, justice, fairness and openness. In the enterprise or organization on the basis of voluntary application, in strict accordance with the standards and procedures.

Chapter II Declaration Conditions

Article 4 Enterprises or organizations to declare quality awards, must also have the following conditions:

(a) registered in the administrative area of the region. (A) registered in the administrative area of our region, and normal operation for more than 3 years.

(ii) Enterprises or organizations that have won national, provincial or municipal quality awards in the previous year.

(c) Sound quality management system, effective operation of the performance excellence model.

(d) Excellent operational performance, in the past three years, the main economic and technical indicators and quality levels ranked among the domestic industry.

(e) No bad credit record.

Chapter III Quality Award Reward Policy

Article 5 won the China Quality Award and the nomination award for enterprises or organizations, the District Management Committee awarded 1 million yuan, 800,000 yuan respectively.

Article 6 won the Governor's Quality Award Gold Award and Silver Award for enterprises or organizations, the District Management Committee awarded 800,000 yuan, 500,000 yuan respectively.

Article VII won the Dalian Mayor's Quality Award and the nomination of the organization, the District Administrative Committee awarded 500,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan; special contribution to the individual awards, do not issue funds.

For enterprises or organizations that have won the Mayor's Quality Award, China Quality Award and Nomination Award, respectively, an additional award of 500,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan; Governor's Quality Award Gold Award, an additional award of 300,000 yuan.

If you get the same award again, no more money will be awarded; if you get a higher award again, only the difference between the two levels will be awarded.

The funds for the awards will be arranged by the district treasury.

Chapter IV Declaration and Evaluation

Article 8 Enterprises or organizations that meet the conditions for declaration, on a voluntary basis, submit the following information:

(a) "Dalian Changxingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone Quality Award Application Form".

(2) Relevant confirmatory materials.

Article IX qualification examination. Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone Market Supervision Administration of the declaration of quality awards for enterprises or organizations to review the reporting conditions and reporting materials. In accordance with the award and the conditions of the award to determine the list of enterprises and the amount of awards, reported to the District Management Committee for finalization.

Article 10 of the following circumstances, may not declare the quality award:

(a) does not meet the industrial, environmental protection, quality and other policies.

(B) the state should obtain the relevant license but did not obtain.

(C) In the past three years, there are major quality, equipment, casualties, fire and explosion liability accidents and major quality complaints.

(d) Exceeding the specified period.

(e) The applicant has been investigated by law enforcement agencies or is under investigation for standards or quality issues within the past two years.

Article 11 of these measures by the District Market Supervision Administration is responsible for interpretation.

Article XII of these measures shall come into force on the date of publication.
