Park Overview
The Ruijin Industrial Park in Jiangxi, formerly known as the Ruijin Economic Development Zone, was established in May 2002. In April 2012, it was approved by the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province as a provincial-level economic development zone, and on November 20, 2013, it was approved by the State Council as a national-level economic and technological development zone.
The park consists of three parts: the Taiwanese Entrepreneurship Park, the Jinsha Industrial Zone, and the Jinlong Industrial Zone. Among these, the Jiangxi Ruijin Taiwanese Entrepreneurship Park serves as the core area and was established in September 2008 with the approval of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province. The park has a total planned area of 43 square kilometers, with an immediate development area of 11 square kilometers, focusing on the development of electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing, food and pharmaceutical processing, and mineral product processing.
Adhering to the development principles of “project concentration, industrial clustering, land intensification, and functional integration,” the development zone has invested a cumulative total of 680 million yuan in construction. It has completed the control detailed plan and ecological park construction plan for the initial 11-square-kilometer phase, developed approximately 8,500 mu of land, and constructed a “four horizontal, three vertical” main road network along with approximately 250,000 square meters of standard factory buildings.Supporting infrastructure—including landscaping, street lighting, water supply, power supply, drainage, and sewage treatment—is largely complete. Construction has also begun on nine roads, including Shengli Avenue, Jing San Road, Jinxin Second Road, and Chuangye First Road, as well as industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
