Park Overview
Established in 1994, the Jingdezhen High-Tech Zone was among the first batch of provincial-level development zones in the province. In 2010, the State Council approved its upgrade to a National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, with a planned industrial area of 30.85 square kilometers. Currently, the zone is home to 64 enterprises above designated size, employing 17,003 industrial workers.
In recent years, Jingdezhen High-Tech Zone has vigorously promoted transformation and development, driving industrial upgrading and initially forming an industrial development pattern of “one main sector and two supporting sectors,” with the aviation industry as the main sector and the machinery, home appliance, and electronic information industries as the two supporting sectors. It has become a nationally unique “dual-national-level” helicopter industry base, the province’s sole “National Pilot Zone for Regional Clustering of Strategic Emerging Industries,” and the province’s first “National Pilot for Innovative Industrial Clusters.” Currently, three aircraft manufacturers—Changfei, Beihang Jiangxi Helicopter, and Jiangxi Deli—along with 13 aviation component manufacturers have established operations within the park.
Through relentless efforts, the High-Tech Zone has successively been awarded titles such as “One of China’s Top Ten Parks with the Best Investment Environment,” “Key Industrial Park of Jiangxi Province,” and “Advanced Industrial Park.”
