2. Logistics development platform is growing. By the end of 2026, Transfar North-South Highway Port, Wanji Intelligent Supply Chain Logistics Park, Airport High-speed Railway Logistics Park and other logistics industry clusters will be basically formed, and the short boards of logistics infrastructure, such as cold-chain logistics, bonded logistics, aviation logistics and high-speed railway express transportation, will be constantly made up.

3. Strengthening of logistics enterprises. By the end of 2026, cultivate or introduce more than 20 logistics enterprises with annual revenue of more than 20 million yuan, and more than 5 backbone leading logistics enterprises with annual revenue of more than 100 million yuan.

4. Logistics service level is constantly optimized. By the end of 2026, the Internet of Things, 5G, blockchain and other advanced technologies are effectively applied in the field of logistics, creating more than one intelligent logistics demonstration park; accelerating the construction of urban green logistics and distribution system, adding more than 100 new energy urban distribution vehicles; increasing the investment in cold-chain logistics infrastructure, and the scale of the completed cold storage has reached more than 100,000 cubic meters; perfecting the construction of the rural logistics system, and realizing 100% coverage of the established village rural The construction of the rural logistics system has been improved to realize 100% coverage of the rural logistics and express service points in the established villages.
