I. Scope of Support
Support will be given to the relevant enterprises in the park that meet the following conditions:
(a) Comply with the laws and regulations of the state, operate in accordance with the law and follow the rules and regulations. (a) Enterprises and natural persons who comply with national laws and regulations, operate in accordance with the law and pay taxes according to regulations;
(b) Enterprises that comply with national industrial policies and relevant regulations, have a broad market outlook, strong competitiveness, and are capable of sustained development;

(d) Encourage the following industrial projects in the park:
1. Engaged in blockchain, meta-universe, big data, Internet of Things (IoT), AIGC, spatial computing, Digital infrastructure, arithmetic trading and other digital technology research and development, testing and application of the relevant science and technology innovation enterprises;
2. The use of blockchain technology innovation and operation, such as blockchain research and innovation platforms, third-party payment, supply chain finance, asset management, consumer finance, securities, notes, Internet of Things, notary public, and other financial science and technology enterprises, blockchain + e-commerce, and e-commerce. enterprises, blockchain + e-government, industry, education, employment, pension, red tourism, rural revitalization, medical and health, commodity anti-counterfeiting, food safety, public welfare, social assistance and other application companies and related funds, private equity, venture capital and other financial institutions;

Support modes
Rewards and subsidies will be given through higher-level support, special support and special funds for industrial development.
Three, the operational objectives
1.enterprise cultivation. To realize the stabilization of the number of enterprises in the park at more than 200, and the number of enterprises entering the regulations and the system in Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone is not less than 2 per year, and strive to introduce 1-2 leading blockchain technology enterprises with national influence every year; if the park over completes the annual task, the number of tasks over completed in the current year can be accumulated to the next year as the number of tasks to be completed in the next year.
2. Revenue tax. The total amount of revenue realized by enterprises in the park is not less than 1 billion yuan per year, and the total amount of tax revenue realized is not less than 30 million yuan per year.
3. Innovation and application. Each year, no less than two new cases of blockchain technology applications above the municipal level are recognized.
4. Talent introduction. Each year, one national-level talent, two high-level talents in the field of blockchain technology, and 20 urgently needed talents in the industry will be newly introduced.
Four, support content
(1) Park operation support
1. Park operation subsidy. If the park completes the annual operation target, the park operation unit will be given an operation subsidy of RMB 2 million per year for a period of three years, which will be used for investment promotion, publicity and training of Ganzhou Blockchain Technology Industrial Park and Meta-universe Industrial Park to give full play to the integration and application of blockchain, meta-universe, AI, and Web3.0 in various fields; the actual proportion of completion reaches the operation target of "revenue and tax", and the actual proportion of completion reaches the operation target of "revenue and tax". If the actual completion ratio reaches 60% or more of the target of "revenue and tax", subsidies will be given according to the ratio, otherwise, no subsidies will be given. (2) Support for Enterprises Moving In
1.1. V. Other Matters
(a) Enterprises in the park will enjoy the national, provincial, and municipal preferential policies under the premise of meeting the corresponding conditions, including, but not limited to, talents, technologies, innovations, financial, investment, social security, housing, and other policies, including, but not limited to, talents, technologies, innovations, finance, investment, social security, housing and schooling for employees' children. If there is any inconsistency between the newly introduced policies and the aforementioned policies, the latest policies will be implemented. The incentives and subsidies will be honored in accordance with the principle of the highest, and will not be repeated.
(b) enterprises in the park that meet the criteria for incentives and subsidies, in accordance with the principle of "immediate cash", can be cashed in the policy with the relevant documents and supporting materials, in addition to the need to calculate the incentives or subsidies on a yearly and quarterly basis, involving the park and the park enterprises. The relevant incentives and subsidies are collected and declared by the park's operating company and declared to the relevant departments (units) of the district for examination and approval, and are disbursed and realized by the district finance bureau.
