The Lian Dong U-Valley Suzhou Industrial Park Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center project is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park, adjacent to the Suzhou Center at Jinji Lake, with a planned gross floor area of approximately 140,000 square meters. The project will be developed in two phases. The park emphasizes modern concepts such as high technology, ecological sustainability, and international cooperation. It aims to create a comprehensive industrial park that clusters leading industries such as biopharmaceuticals, artificial intelligence, electronic technology, electronic information, and various emerging industries.This will create a clustering effect to meet the rapid development and expansion needs of enterprises seeking intensification and scale. Upon completion and operation, the project is expected to attract over 50 tenant enterprises, with an estimated annual output value of approximately 600–800 million yuan, generating over 50 million yuan in tax revenue and creating approximately 3,000 jobs. The park will consist of a total of 22 factory buildings, with 12 to be completed in Phase I, ranging in size from 500 to 8,000 square meters per unit.
