Suzhou High-Speed Rail New Town (One Core, Four Cities) serves as the northern core area of Suzhou’s “One Core, Four Cities” development strategy. The district encompasses the areas where Yuanhe, Weitang, and Taiping intersect, covering a total area of 28.52 square kilometers.
Suzhou High-Speed Rail New Town has fully launched the preparation of the master plan for the core area, as well as specialized plans for power, water systems, transportation, and industry. It is prioritizing the development of ten projects, including the Guofa Tower, Suzhou International Logistics Tower, Wanhua Cultural Tourism Plaza, Wanrun International Center, Yuanrong Plaza, Tsinghua Unigroup Tower, Suzhou Hejing International Financial Plaza,Xinyuan Xincheng, Gaorong Tower, and High-Speed Rail Business Hotel Tower. These ten projects cover a total land area of approximately 238 mu, with a planned floor area of about 900,000 square meters and direct investment of approximately 7.3 billion yuan, laying a solid foundation for achieving a total project investment of about 10 billion yuan.
