Pingqian Maigao (Kunshan) Industrial Park is located in the Kunshan Economic Development Zone. It is 8 kilometers from Kunshan High-Speed Rail Station. The park covers a total area of 408 mu (approximately 27.2 hectares) and features a total floor area of over 400,000 square meters, with facilities primarily consisting of single-story and multi-story factory buildings.
The single-story factory buildings in the park have a ceiling height of 10 meters, a crane load capacity of 10 tons, a floor load capacity of 2 tons, and a column grid of 9 meters by 27 meters, with over 800 square meters of office space in some areas. Each individual factory building covers 8,600 square meters and can be subdivided into two sections for leasing. There are a total of 15 single-story factory buildings in the park.The multi-story factory buildings feature a first-floor ceiling height of 8.5 meters and upper-floor ceiling heights of 4.8 meters. The first floor has a floor load capacity of 2 tons and can support 10-ton overhead cranes, while the upper floors have a load capacity of 800 kg. Each building has four floors, with each floor covering 4,000 square meters, and is equipped with four freight elevators and four passenger elevators. Each building has a total area of 16,000 square meters and can be subdivided into units as small as 2,000 square meters for lease.
