The Suzhou Yangcheng Lake Digital Cultural and Creative Industry Park is located on the eastern side of the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Rail New Town in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou. In June 2011, it was designated as the “Jiangsu National Digital Publishing Base,” and in December 2013, it was approved as a “National-Level Science and Technology Enterprise Incubator.” Covering an area of 465 mu, the park employs a dual-drive development model centered on Innovation Zones A and B. It has established a 150 million yuan development fund,the Dixi Cultural and Creative Industry Investment Center platform, a public service platform for game operations, and Suzhou’s first copyright workstation. The Suzhou Yangcheng Lake Digital Cultural and Creative Industry Park serves as a key vehicle for Suzhou High-Speed Rail New Town to build an industrial engine centered on “high-speed rail hubs and innovation hubs” and to explore new urban industrial development.
