With the goal of establishing a national-level zero-carbon industrial park and creating a national model for zero-carbon development along the coast, we will build a solid industrial foundation through a chain-based approach. Focusing on “strengthening industrial chains,” we will target the “Big Five” full-stack project clusters—Hengtong, CRRC, Envision, Wuchang Shipbuilding, and Tianshun—each with a scale of 10 billion yuan;Focusing on “extending industrial chains,” we are establishing R&D platforms such as host machine simulation laboratories and energy storage equipment demonstration centers to facilitate the implementation of emerging industry projects in aerospace equipment, intelligent robotics manufacturing, and blade recycling; focusing on “aggregating industrial chains,” we are steadily advancing the Modern Marine Fisheries Industrial Park and implementing science and technology projects such as the River Crab Science and Technology Village and the Yellow Sea Laboratory.
