The Huishan Advanced Manufacturing Industrial Park is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Luoqi Road and Lanxi Road in the Huishan High-Tech Zone (Luoshe Town). Situated within the equipment manufacturing cluster, it is adjacent to the Grand Canal and National Highway 312 (Shanghai-Huo Line), offering convenient transportation and a distinct geographical advantage.The park is the first joint development project between Huishan Science and Technology Innovation Group and Huishan High-Tech Zone (Luoshe Town), serving as an industrial hub that provides space for local enterprises to upgrade and transform, as well as for investment projects.

The park covers a planned area of approximately 156 mu (about 25.5 acres), with a total floor area of 209,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 1.5 billion yuan. It is positioned to support advanced manufacturing industries such as smart manufacturing, high-end equipment manufacturing, and automotive parts.Phase I of the park comprises 11 high-standard factory buildings and an industrial community center, complete with an industrial service center, exhibition hall, talent apartments, parking garage, cafeteria, and commercial facilities to support the production and daily lives of enterprises and employees. Phase II will primarily consist of custom-built factory buildings to meet the needs of enterprises of various sizes.
