With a total investment of 2 billion yuan, the project will construct high-standard industrial buildings with a total floor area of approximately 200,000 square meters. It plans to attract more than 75 companies to set up operations there, and once operational, the annual output value is expected to reach 3 billion yuan.Phase I of the project covers a total floor area of approximately 65,000 square meters and involves the construction of 14 high-standard industrial buildings. The first floor of each building has a ceiling height of 8.1 meters, the second floor is 6 meters high, and the third floor and above are 4.5 meters high. Each floor can be used for production, R&D, and office space, meeting the diverse operational and production needs of enterprises.
