The Xinghua Economic Development Industrial Park, located in the Xinghua Economic Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, is an industrial park primarily focused on small and micro enterprises. The park is being developed under the leadership of Xinghua Economic Development Co., Ltd., which is openly recruiting private-sector partners (operating teams) to jointly establish a project company responsible for development, construction, leasing, sales, and operations.
The completion of this industrial park will address the land and facility needs of small and micro enterprises, improve the efficiency of land use, and enhance the level of intensive land utilization. At the same time, the park will focus on developing the seasoning, specialized dietary food, and high-end equipment industries, while actively attracting emerging industries and high-end intelligent equipment enterprises to inject new momentum into regional economic development.
