The Taicang Port Europe-America High-Tech Industrial Park is jointly developed by the Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and the Taicang City Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and covering an area of approximately 138.4 mu.

The Euro-American Industrial Park features six newly constructed modern, high-standard factory buildings and one comprehensive office building, with a total floor area of approximately 57,000 square meters. Specifically, Factory Buildings 1 and 4 each cover approximately 14,000 square meters, while Factory Buildings 2, 3, 5, and 6 each cover approximately 7,000 square meters; the comprehensive office building covers approximately 2,000 square meters.Construction began in July 2017 and was completed on June 30, 2018. Currently, roadwork, landscaping, and all acceptance inspections have been completed; the real estate certificate was obtained at the end of September, and the project was officially handed over for use in October.

The Europe-America Industrial Park amplifies the clustering effect of “European and American enterprises” in the National Development Zone, focusing on attracting projects in intelligent equipment, precision manufacturing, and automotive components to establish itself as a high-end equipment industry cluster.
