Located on the outskirts of Taixing City, the Urban Industrial Park serves as the primary hub for implementing the city’s strategy of integrated industrial and urban development, with industrial land accounting for 84.3% of the total area.The park has preliminarily formed a military-civilian integration industrial cluster led by companies such as China Ordnance Aviation, Aviation Optoelectronics, and China Shipbuilding Tianhe; a medical device industrial cluster led by Yiming Biotechnology, Zhiyu Medical, and Guoda Biotechnology; and a modern cultural industry cluster led by Baicheng Digital, Aishé Wallpaper, and Yizhu Art.
The Taixing Urban Industrial Park boasts excellent transportation infrastructure, with seven major airports and a 10,000-ton-capacity port nearby. The park features over 6,000 mu of available land, 300,000 square meters of high-standard factory space, and 60,000 square meters of residential apartments. It also possesses abundant human resources, with vocational education and skills training seamlessly integrated, transforming a population base of 1.2 million into a high-quality and abundant labor force.Additionally, the park offers high-quality financial services, including 63 financial institutions, an 800-million-yuan industrial investment fund, and more than ten types of green financial products. These resources alleviate enterprises’ concerns and support their high-quality development.
