The Pizhou Taiwanese Industrial Park is located in Yitang Town, Pizhou City, adjacent to the city’s main urban area. It is bordered by the Longhai Railway to the north, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to the east, and the Huolian Expressway to the south. With Provincial Highway 250 running along its western edge, the park enjoys convenient transportation and a distinct geographical advantage.
The Pizhou Taiwanese Industrial Park is one of three key specialty parks prioritized for development by Pizhou City. Planned for an area of 8 square kilometers, 2.3 square kilometers have been developed to date. The park is home to 45 enterprises, including 6 Taiwanese-funded companies.In recent years, the park has continuously increased investment, and infrastructure has been gradually improved and expanded. Facilities include two dedicated 10-kilovolt power lines, a wastewater treatment plant with a daily capacity of 500 tons, a "six horizontal, two vertical" road network, high-standard landscaping and lighting, and a comprehensive water supply and drainage system. Heating and gas facilities are also in the planning and construction stages, fully capable of meeting the production and living needs of enterprises within the park.Leveraging the leading role of major industrial projects, the Taiwanese Industrial Park is focused on expanding and strengthening its operations. It has preliminarily established four industrial zones: the Medical Supplies Zone centered on Fushan Medical; the Circular Economy Zone centered on Jiangxin Tire; the Health Food Zone centered on Jiangsu Weilou Biotechnology; and the Textile and Apparel Zone centered on Century Weihan.The Taiwanese Industrial Park will seize the new round of development opportunities, attract major projects, strengthen key industries, and achieve significant progress.
