Park Overview
The Suzhou High-Tech Green and Low-Carbon Industrial Park is located in the western part of Suzhou City, encompassing Hushuguan Town, Tong’an Town, and the sub-districts of Shishan, Hengtang, Fengqiao, Zhenhu, and Dongzhu. The Suzhou High-Tech Green and Low-Carbon Industrial Park R&D and Production Base project covers a total land area of 44,301.7 square meters, with a total floor area of 112,550.64 square meters and a building density of 46.7%. The main structure consists of four core factory buildings, one high-rise factory building, and one office building, with property types including standard factory buildings and office buildings.Phase I will first involve the renovation and upgrading of two existing buildings, with a total floor area of approximately 1.73 million square meters, expected to be delivered in the second half of 2022. Phase II will involve the construction of four new high-standard modular factory buildings, with a total floor area of approximately 95,300 square meters, scheduled for delivery in 2023.
