The Wuxi Xinfu Integrated Circuit Industrial Park forms a "one core, two wings" strategic layout, with the Xinfu Integrated Circuit Industrial Park as its core and the Pioneer Integrated Circuit Equipment and Materials Industrial Park and the Xingang Integrated Circuit Equipment Park as its two wings, integrating into Wuxi’s "Flagship Project," the Taihu Bay Science and Technology Innovation Belt.
The park targets leading enterprises across the entire integrated circuit industry chain, clustering industrial headquarters and high-end industry-city integration projects in areas such as IC design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, equipment and key components, production-oriented support services, and R&D training centers. By leveraging the leading role of these top enterprises, the park aims to drive the high-quality development of the integrated circuit industry in Wuxi High-Tech Zone.
