The Xie'ao Research and Innovation Park is located within the Nanjing Pukou Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of approximately 25 mu, with a total floor area of 27,000 square meters and a total power distribution capacity of 830 kVA. Built to modern industrial standards, the park is designed to accommodate production, R&D, and office operations for electronics and light industrial enterprises. The Xie'ao Research and Innovation Park has received commendations from development zone leaders, who have described it as the highest-caliber park within the zone.
The park utilizes a ground-source heat pump air conditioning system, a highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly solution powered by renewable energy. This project was designated as a municipal-level building energy conservation demonstration project in 2016.
The park features a large tiered conference room and fully equipped training facilities. It also includes a staff cafeteria and parking lot, addressing common concerns such as "difficulty finding meals" and "difficulty finding parking." Each office building is equipped with an independent passenger and freight elevator with a load capacity of up to 2 tons.
