China Energy Valley – Smart Chain R&D Park covers an area of 63 mu (approximately 4.2 hectares) with a total floor area of 92,938 square meters. The development plan includes standalone corporate buildings, multi-story R&D towers, and residential facilities such as hotel apartments, with each building equipped with natural gas. The park embodies the technological essence of an eco-friendly industrial zone and serves as a model for low-carbon development. It focuses on developing a smart energy services industry cluster and serves as a platform for cross-sector empowerment and collaboration within the energy industry. The project is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2024.
