The China (Taizhou) Intelligent Emergency Industry Park was jointly established by the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone Management Committee and Shanghai Aijiu Tou Financial Information Co., Ltd. The park features 120,000 square meters of high-standard modern factory buildings, 80,000 square meters of public supporting facilities, and 1 billion yuan in special support funds. It primarily focuses on two major industries—safety and emergency response—which are further divided into four segments: sensing and early warning, prevention and protection, rescue and response, and emergency services.
Located in the heart of Central Jiangsu, in Jiangyan—the eastern gateway to Taizhou—Phase I of the park covers 124 mu (approximately 8.3 hectares) with a total floor area exceeding 200,000 square meters, including 120,000 square meters of high-standard modern factory space and 80,000 square meters of public supporting facilities. The park is fully functional and well-equipped, developed comprehensively in accordance with the requirements of a new-generation industrial park. It features commercial office zones, standard factory zones, and comprehensive service zones.
