Park Overview
The Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Central Business District is located between Wanshou Road and Hengjiang Avenue in Pukou District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It features 1.45 million square meters of commercial floor area and is scheduled to open in 2023. Developed by Gezhouba Group, the project has a total planned scale of 4.5 to 4.8 million square meters, with the underground commercial development in the core area covering approximately 400,000 to 500,000 square meters.Phase I of the project is the largest and most functionally complex underground space project in China. Located in the heart of the Jiangbei New Area CBD, between Wanshou Road and Hengjiang Avenue, and along both sides of Dingshan Street, it covers a total land area of 52 hectares, with a total construction scale of approximately 1.45 million square meters and a total investment of approximately 20 billion yuan.
The project is planned to form an overall layout structure of “one core, three axes, and multiple nodes” for the underground space. With rail transit serving as the backbone, the plan focuses on a single central hub, supported by multiple nodes and zones, gradually expanding in scale to drive the development of areas surrounding underground rail transit and subway stations.
