The Changshu Pingqian International Modern Industrial Park, leveraging Pingqian’s extensive experience in industrial real estate development and operations, will have a total investment of $150 million. It is designed to create a world-class modern industrial park for global manufacturing enterprises, featuring scientific planning, rational layout, a beautiful environment, and comprehensive supporting facilities. The park will offer a variety of standard and custom-built factories, R&D centers, commercial offices, and supporting infrastructure, along with “one-stop” professional services.
The Pingqian International (Changshu) Modern Industrial Park is located within the Changshu High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, one of the most dynamic core economic development zones in the Yangtze River Delta region, which spans both the Yangtze River and the coast. The project is situated north of the Jiangsu Province Auto Parts Industrial Base (with the Toyota R&D Center directly across the street) and south of the Jiangsu Province Electronics Industrial Base. It covers an area of approximately 375,000 square meters (562 mu).
