The Yachuang High-Tech Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park is located at the intersection of Qidi Road and Yijin Highway in Guanlin Town, Yixing City. The project covers a total area of 182 mu (approximately 12.1 hectares) and spans 140,000 square meters. The park primarily consists of two- and three-story standalone villa-style factory buildings and R&D buildings.Building on the superior geographical location of Guanlin Town, Yixing, and leveraging the characteristics of the existing industrial structure, the park will implement multi-project collaborative investment promotion to attract relevant smart manufacturing and high-tech industries to the park, thereby forming a high-end industrial cluster spanning the entire supply chain. The project aims to become an industrial hub integrating headquarters economy, production and R&D, technology commercialization, innovation centers, and supporting facilities.
