Helian Science and Technology Park is located in the Haimen Economic Development Zone. It covers a total area of 500 mu and consists solely of industrial buildings, with a total floor area of 350,000 square meters. Construction of the first phase, which is available for lease, has been completed, and 90% of the space has already been leased. The second phase consists of 22 buildings for sale, with handover scheduled for around June of next year. We are seeking assistance in attracting tenants for the second phase, which will be launched in two phases and offers a total of approximately 100,000 square meters of space.These are four-story standalone buildings with a ceiling height of 7.8 meters on the first floor and 4.8 meters on the second floor and above, suitable for office and R&D use. Each building has a total floor area ranging from 3,600 to 5,100 square meters, and we are primarily seeking tenants in the manufacturing sector (light manufacturing).
