The 800,000-square-meter Xianlin Smart Valley AI Industrial Park is an integrated eco-campus that encompasses research and office spaces, lakeside commercial and office buildings, low-rise retail units, and serviced apartments. As part of Nanjing’s efforts to advance the development of the Yangtze River Delta Innovation Circle and in line with the broader framework of the city’s “Eastward Expansion Strategy,” the city has released the Zidong District Development Plan, in which the “City of Industry” initiative is the top priority for the region’s development.
