Established in 2012, Pingqian International Wuxi Modern Industrial Park covers a total area of approximately 320,000 square meters and is located in Wuxi—a city with the most developed industrial infrastructure in Jiangsu Province—within the “National Economic and Technological Development Zone”-----—Xishan Economic Development Zone, just 3 kilometers from the Wuxi East exit of the G42 Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway. It is the fourth modern industrial park invested in and constructed by Pingqian International in the Yangtze River Delta region, following its three major modern industrial parks in Kunshan, Wujiang, and Changshu.
Phase I of the Wuxi Modern Industrial Park covers a total area of 119,583 square meters (approximately 180 mu), with a total floor area of 67,188 square meters.The project features eight single-story steel-structured standard factory buildings and one supporting facility. Each factory building has a floor area of approximately 8,600 square meters and is available for subleasing. Phase II of the project covers a total area of 117,035 square meters with a floor area of 65,371 square meters, and will similarly consist of eight single-story steel-structured factory buildings.
