Guided by the principles of high-level planning, high-standard construction, and efficient management, the park aims to create a comprehensive industrial new town that integrates production, R&D, office space, business facilities, leisure, residential amenities, and entertainment.The park has a total planned area of 1,000 mu, with Phase I covering approximately 155 mu. It features a planned construction area of 102,000 square meters and a total investment of 400 million yuan.
The park adheres to the design concepts of “factory buildings with architectural aesthetics,” “one enterprise per floor,” and “one brand per building.” The factory buildings feature a reinforced concrete frame structure with a high-end, grand exterior. Most are 3- to 4-story structures, with a 6-meter ceiling height on the first floor and 3.6- to 3.8-meter heights on the second through fourth floors.
