Park Overview
The Jurong Biancheng New Materials Industrial Park, a development zone under the upgraded management of Zhenjiang City, is situated at the strategic crossroads of the Nanjing-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou integrated development zone. The park is adjacent to Provincial Highway S243 and lies near the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway (1 kilometer from the highway exit). Bounded by Nanjing to the west and Zhenjiang to the east, the park offers excellent transportation links via water, land, air, and rail.It takes 50 minutes by car to reach Nanjing Lukou International Airport, 25 minutes to access the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway and the Nanjing-Yangtze River Delta High-Speed Railway to reach Nanjing Port, 20 minutes to reach the urban centers of Nanjing and Zhenjiang, and 15 minutes to access the subway.
The park has a total planned area of approximately 163 hectares (over 2,400 mu), with 735 mu designated for block development. Of this, 548 mu is available for new industrial land concessions. Currently, both the park’s master plan and block development plan have been approved, and the park is awaiting approval for industrial projects. In 2026, approximately 100 mu of M2 industrial land will be available for supply.
The park is adjacent to the Changzhou-Danyang automotive manufacturing industry chain and is surrounded by leading enterprises in polyurethane materials and inorganic non-metallic materials. Currently, the Bincheng New Materials Industrial Park focuses on the new materials industry, prioritizing the development of advanced polymer materials, high-performance fibers and composites, and new inorganic non-metallic materials, while also fostering the coordinated development of related production-oriented services such as testing and inspection.Regarding environmental protection, as the park is located in a Class II area surrounding Lake Taihu, projects not listed on Jiangsu Province’s negative list for industrial development and those that do not discharge nitrogen- or phosphorus-containing wastewater are eligible for negotiation and establishment.
