The China-Europe Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park is located in Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. As a signature industrial park prioritized by the Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone, it aims to attract foreign-invested enterprises and innovative projects in fields such as high-end equipment manufacturing, integrated circuits, medical devices, and new energy through industrial land redevelopment and high-standard construction, thereby promoting the development of advanced manufacturing clusters.Park Planning and Construction: The project covers a total land area of approximately 363 mu, divided into a South Zone and a North Zone. It adopts a “vertical industrial development” model to enhance land use efficiency, with a floor area ratio approaching 3.0.Phase I of the North Zone has been completed and is now operational, comprising multiple R&D buildings and production facilities; the South Zone is scheduled for topping out by the end of 2024 and will focus on industries such as intelligent machinery manufacturing. The park is divided into low-height (11 meters), medium-height (8 meters), and high-height (6 meters) zones based on floor-to-ceiling heights, and is equipped with corresponding load-bearing capacities, freight elevators, and gantry crane systems to accommodate the needs of various production processes.
