Changshun·Chuanggu (Yixing) Smart Industrial Park is located within the Yixing Environmental Protection Technology Industrial Park. It is planned to cover an area of 200 mu, with a total floor area of approximately 250,000 square meters, and will be developed in two phases.Leveraging the industrial foundation of the Yangtze River Delta, the project has established a "six-in-one" development model integrating R&D, prototyping, production, user experience, business incubation, and technology commercialization. It aims to build the park into a new-generation smart manufacturing industrial park that integrates artificial intelligence (industrial software R&D), biopharmaceuticals, environmental technology R&D, integrated circuits, smart sensors, interactive electronic devices, and smart production equipment.
Phase I of the industrial park opened in the first half of 2023, and Phase II is expected to be fully delivered this October. Since its opening, more than 30 high-tech enterprises have moved into Phase I. With a construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters and built in two phases, the industrial park is a new-style smart manufacturing industrial park constructed based on a "six-in-one" development model encompassing research, prototyping, production, experience, industrial incubation, and technology commercialization.
