The Puhua Smart Manufacturing Park is a joint development by China Nanshan·Baowan Industrial City and Wuzhong Group·First Industrial Park. Phase I of the project covers an area of 102 mu, with a total floor area of approximately 49,000 square meters and a saleable area of 47,000 square meters. It focuses on industries such as smart manufacturing, electronic information, and new materials. Upon completion, it will serve as a benchmark for smart manufacturing industrial parks in the Puhua Demonstration Zone and an innovative industrial demonstration zone within the Nanjing Metropolitan Area.
The project site is located just 8 km from the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area and is adjacent to National Highway G346 (Wujiang Avenue), which provides quick access to the Jiangbei Expressway in the Jiangbei New Area, leading directly to Nanjing’s Third and Fifth Bridges as well as the core area of Jiangbei. It is a 10-minute drive from Gaojiachong Station on the S3 subway line in the Jiangbei New Area, and the second phase of the S3 Nanjing-Hefei Intercity Railway is planned for construction.The planned Jinwen Road Yangtze River Tunnel has completed preliminary demolition and financing arrangements for both sides of the river. Once completed, it will directly connect to the Jiangning Riverside area, offering tremendous potential.
