The Jiangyin Shenye Research and Innovation Technology Industrial Park project covers approximately 122 mu (about 8.13 hectares) and has a total floor area of approximately 140,000 square meters. The land is classified as Class I industrial land with a 50-year lease term. The project consists of 27 detached semi-detached buildings (3.5 stories), 12 multi-story buildings (5 stories), and 8 multi-story buildings (7 stories).The project will be developed in two phases. Phase I consists of 15 detached duplexes with 3.5 stories, 6 multi-story buildings with 5 stories, and 4 multi-story buildings with 7 stories.
The park will integrate functions such as manufacturing, pilot-scale testing and commercialization, corporate headquarters, and supporting production facilities, aiming to become a representative urban industrial hub in the development of “Innovative Jiangyin.”Leveraging the resource endowments of the Jiangyin High-Tech Zone and capitalizing on the advantages of the Yangtze River Delta integration, the park will attract industries such as high-end intelligent equipment, integrated circuits, instrumentation, automated equipment manufacturing, and new energy. It aims to cultivate high-quality industrial clusters and premium parks, working in tandem with the Jiangyin High-Tech Zone to fully establish a “High-Tech Industrial Cluster,” an “Innovation-Driven Demonstration Zone,” and a “Beautiful, Harmonious, and Happy District.”
