Located in the heart of the International Biomedical R&D Community, Life Science Park covers an initial planned area of 300 mu. Developed and operated by Suzhou Ouzhu Health Industry Development Co., Ltd., it is poised to become one of the most representative biomedical industrial parks in Jiangsu Province.
Phase I of the project is situated on the western side of the Innovation and Manufacturing Zone within the International Biomedical R&D Community, bordered by the Taiyang Expressway to the north and Changping Road to the east.The site covers an area of 33,334 square meters, with a planned total floor area of 86,691.6 square meters.
With comprehensive supporting facilities, Life Science Park integrates key functions such as R&D, procurement, and regulatory approval for medical enterprises, providing all-around services to startups. It aims to build a technology innovation center that combines incubation, R&D, acceleration, and financial services, dedicated to creating a multi-functional smart park centered on the clustering of high-end biopharmaceutical industries.
