Park Overview
The first phase of the Suzhou (Changshu) Smart Vehicle City Industrial Park covers 107 mu, with approximately 140,000 square meters of high-standard technology facilities dedicated to production, R&D, and office incubation.Smart Auto City will leverage intelligent and connected vehicle technologies, draw upon the CheChuang Global Corporate Data Think Tank, harness the advantages of the industrial chain’s resources, establish an industrial service system, foster an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship, and build a leading automotive industry innovation cluster at the national and even global level. This initiative will inject vigorous momentum into the industrial transformation and upgrading of Changshu and provide a powerful engine for the city’s innovation-driven development.
Since Shanghai Chechuang signed an agreement to establish operations in Changshu’s Yushan High-Tech Zone last year, it has successfully secured nearly 10 high-tech projects covering emerging technology fields such as vehicle-to-everything (V2X) connectivity, specialized chips, smart cockpits, and fuel cells. Several of these projects have received strategic investments from top-tier capital firms including SoftBank, Northern Light Venture Capital, and NavInfo. The first phase of the facility is expected to be completed in April of next year, with the first batch of tenant companies set to begin production that same year.
