The Huai'an Hongxu Enterprise Innovation Center (Phase I) is located at the intersection of Kangzhuang Road and Weike Road in the western section of the Qingjiangpu Economic Development Zone, just approximately 4 kilometers from the Huai'an South Expressway exit, offering an excellent location.The project covers an area of 46 mu and comprises a 58,000-square-meter industrial park featuring standardized factory buildings. The complex consists of six standardized factory buildings: Buildings A1, A2, A5, and A6 are four-story structures, each with a floor area of 9,500 square meters, measuring 58 meters in length and 40 meters in width; Buildings A3 and A4 are also four-story structures, each with a floor area of 10,000 square meters, measuring 90 meters in length and 27 meters in width.All six buildings have the same floor-to-ceiling heights: 8.1 meters on the first floor, 4.8 meters on the second and third floors, and 4.5 meters on the fourth floor. The project is targeting the new pharmaceutical industry for investment.
