Located in the southern section of the Qingjiangpu Economic Development Zone, on the south side of Xiangtai Road and the east side of Pudafu Avenue, the site is adjacent to Xian Road to the east and Ninglian Highway to the west, offering excellent transportation access. The project covers approximately 110 mu (about 7.3 hectares) and comprises a standardized industrial park with approximately 138,000 square meters of factory space. A total of 10 standardized factory buildings are planned for construction. Buildings 1 through 4 have been completed; each is a three-story structure with a floor area of 3,432 square meters. The ceiling height is 8.1 meters on the first floor, 4.5 meters on the second floor, and 3.6 meters on the third floor.Buildings 5–10 are pending construction. These will be four-story structures, each covering approximately 20,000 square meters, with a ceiling height of 9 meters on the first floor, 4.5 meters on the second floor, and 4.2 meters on the third and fourth floors. The project targets the next-generation information technology industry for investment.
