Promote conditional units to strengthen collaboration with enterprises upstream and downstream of the global industrial chain, actively submit proposals for international standards in the field of new technologies, and jointly formulate international standards. Guide the leading enterprises of the industrial chain to participate in the formulation and revision of national, industry and group standards. Guiding the designated implementing agency for compulsory product certification to enhance the certification and testing of one-stop service capacity, simplify the export to domestic sales of mandatory product certification procedures, shorten the processing time. Support livestock and poultry, horticulture, specialty food and oil, aquatic products and other export agricultural enterprises to carry out ISO (International Organization for Standardization), GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), BRC (British Retail Consortium) and other international certification and accreditation. Encourage forest management units and forest product production and sales enterprises to actively participate in forest certification, expand the impact of forest certification and increase consumer awareness. Three, to promote the implementation of the same line of the same standard and quality. Enterprises are encouraged to develop "Three Equals" products through self-declaration or entrusting third-party organizations to carry out relevant quality evaluation. Expand the scope of application of "Three Equals" products to general consumer and industrial products, and support enterprises to convert exports to domestic sales. Increase the publicity and promotion of "Three Equals" enterprises and products, set up platforms and special zones to enhance their visibility and promote the sales of "Three Equals" products. Vigorously promote the construction of intellectual property protection demonstration zones, and support cities, counties (cities, districts) and parks with conditions to carry out pilot demonstrations to further improve the intellectual property protection system. Focusing on key areas and links to carry out IPR law enforcement and supervision, and cracking down on all kinds of IPR infringement and counterfeiting behaviors. Prepare "Jiangsu Foreign Intellectual Property Disputes Information Express", carry out early warning analysis of overseas intellectual property risks of key export industries and enterprises, and provide guidelines for foreign trade enterprises in our province to deal with overseas intellectual property disputes. Guide and support enterprises to improve R & D design, manufacturing, brand marketing, channel network and other capabilities, to create a number of domestic and foreign trade integration demonstration enterprises. Encourage conditional large-scale commerce and logistics enterprises to "go out" and optimize the international marketing system. Give full play to the leading role of national supply chain innovation and application demonstration enterprises, strengthen resource integration, develop international supply chain, and enhance the resilience of industrial chain supply chain. It will support the construction of national and provincial overseas economic and trade cooperation zones and overseas agricultural cooperation demonstration zones, promote the construction of national agricultural international trade high-quality development bases and provincial export agricultural products demonstration bases (zones), and set up a platform for the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade of enterprises. Constructing a number of intellectual property workstations, supporting enterprises to improve their ability to create and utilize intellectual property rights, and helping them to develop domestic and foreign markets. Build brand cultivation bases for industrial clusters, and create a number of regional brands and industrial cluster brands, such as "Sudi Superior Products". Give full play to the demonstration and leading role of China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone, promote high-level systematic opening up in accordance with high-standard international economic and trade rules, and build a systematic highland for the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade. Promote the construction of comprehensive cross-border e-commerce pilot zones, support the development of cross-border e-commerce industrial parks, overseas warehouses and other carriers and platforms, bigger and stronger local cross-border e-commerce platforms, optimize the delivery and foreign exchange management services, and better docking of domestic and international markets. Explore and innovate the "Jiangsu model" of market procurement trade, and guide and help more SMEs to synergize with the domestic and international markets. Supporting Nanjing and Suzhou to carry out a pilot project to deepen the innovative development of trade in services, and actively promoting the facilitation of capital settlement, technology and personnel flow. Accelerate the digitalization and platform transformation of commodity markets, and help integrate domestic and foreign trade online and offline. Promote the construction of Kunshan Import Trade Promotion Innovation Demonstration Zone, steadily expand the scale of imports, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
