The enterprises that have been assessed as IPR standardized enterprises will be awarded 20,000 yuan; the enterprises that have been assessed as IPR high-quality creation demonstration VI will be awarded 40,000 yuan; the enterprises that have been assessed as IPR high-quality creation demonstration V will be awarded 60,000 yuan; the enterprises that have been assessed as IPR high-quality creation demonstration IV will be awarded 80,000 yuan; the enterprises that have been assessed as IPR high-quality creation demonstration III will be awarded 100,000 yuan; and the enterprises that have been awarded as IPR
(The scoring rules will be separately formulated by the Market Supervision Administration of Jiangsu Nantong Su Xitong Science and Technology Industrial Park).
(2) Intellectual Property Utilization
Pledge Financing Subsidies
The financial institutions that provide intellectual property rights (trademarks and patents) pledge financing to enterprises in our region will be granted the actual amount of financing. For financial institutions that provide intellectual property (trademark, patent) pledge financing for enterprises in the region, 2% of the actual financing amount will be given as risk subsidy, and the maximum annual risk subsidy for the same bank to issue intellectual property pledge loans to the same enterprise shall not exceed RMB 200,000 yuan. The actual amount of financing is based on the credit contract registered through the State Intellectual Property Office.
(3) Intellectual Property Protection
"Genuine Genuine" commitment to demonstration incentives. 2. Chapter III Intellectual Property Projects

Chapter V Supervision and Management

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article X. These measures shall come into force on October 8, 2024, and shall remain in force until October 7, 2029. The original "Su Xitong Science and Technology Industrial Park Intellectual Property Funding and Reward Measures" (Su Xitong Management Development [2023] No. 13) shall be repealed at the same time.
