Chapter I General Principles

Chapter III: Declaration of National High-tech Enterprises

Article 6: To further enhance the status of enterprises as the mainstay of technological innovation, to increase the publicity of science and technology policies and their implementation, to promote the accelerated transformation of the achievements of the science and technology enterprises in the region, and to cultivate and promote the development of a number of high-tech enterprises in the region that master the core technologies to become national high-tech enterprises that own independent intellectual property rights and possess core competitiveness, and to promote the adjustment of the industrial structure of the region.

Chapter IV Reward Conditions and Procedures

Article VIII Reward Measures

(1) For the year recognized by the provincial private science and technology enterprises will be given a reward of 5,000 yuan. Newly introduced national high-tech enterprises and high-quality science and technology enterprises recognized as national high-tech enterprises for the first time in Suzhou Hi-Tech Zone shall be subject to the incentive policy for newly recognized national high-tech enterprises as stated in Article 8(4) of the Reward Policy for Newly Recognized National High-Tech Enterprises. For the science and technology service organizations that play a key role in the introduction of the above enterprises and have been recognized by the district-level record, they will be rewarded with a maximum of RMB 50,000 yuan for each introduced enterprise after the introduced enterprise has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise on schedule.

Chapter V Supervision and Management

Article 11 The incentive funds in these implementation measures shall be borne by the district and the functional area in the ratio of 7:3, and the district incentive funds shall be co-ordinated and arranged from the annual high-tech zone science and technology innovation funds.

Article XII of the enterprises and service organizations to obtain the incentive funds of these measures, must provide real materials, such as the discovery of falsehoods and fraudulent incentive funds, once verified, in accordance with the "Regulations on Penalties and Sanctions for Fiscal Violations" relevant provisions of the treatment, the funded costs must be returned in full as a whole and included in the list of dishonest, and at the same time three years shall not be declared for all types of government financial subsidies and incentives to qualify. Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 13 These implementation measures shall come into force on the date of issuance and shall be valid until December 31, 2027.
