Objectives
Promote the innovation consortium to focus on the key links of the industrial chain and the core issues, and carry out technological research around the industry's "neck" problems, drive the iterative innovation of core technologies, and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry and the effectiveness of innovation. Strive to 2026, to realize a new generation of information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing two leading industries, new energy, photonics and integrated circuits, medical devices and health, digital economy and other emerging industries consortium layout full coverage, of which 60 municipal innovation consortium (including cultivation), the provincial level innovation consortium of 3; focusing on the development of industrial choke points, undertake more than 10 major R & D projects above the municipal level; to promote the transformation of results! Two key tasks
(a) Gather a number of high-end innovative talents. Based on the urgent needs of industrial development, to attract the top scientific and technological leaders and innovation teams at home and abroad to start their own business, and enhance the innovation level of the industrial chain. III. Supporting Policies
(1) Support the introduction of high-level talents. (7) Supporting the creation of a favorable development environment. Support for innovation consortiums to organize important conferences (forums, exhibitions) to promote collaborative innovation, industry-university-research docking, academic exchanges, science and technology activities, etc., the global impact of high-level international innovation activities, can be taken to support "a case by case". The lead unit of the innovation consortium to lead the development of international and national standards, up to 1 million yuan, 500,000 yuan funding. Encourage the innovation consortium focus on key technology areas of key industries, support the declaration of Suzhou City, Suzhou, corporate intellectual property summit action plan projects, Suzhou City, high-value patent cultivation program projects, assessed up to a maximum of 1 million yuan in funding, the implementation of high-tech zone high-value patent cultivation program, assessed up to a maximum of 500,000 yuan in funding.
This opinion will be implemented for a period of three years from the date of issuance, and will be interpreted by the Administrative Committee of Suzhou Hi-Tech Zone, with the specific interpretation to be undertaken by the Bureau of Science and Innovation of the Zone. The funds involved in the policy will be implemented according to the original channels and requirements of the financial system.
