Fifth, the implementation of time

The deadline for payment of summer subsidies is September 15, the deadline for payment of fall subsidies is January 31 of the following year.

(3) Subsidy confirmation. After the end of the comprehensive utilization of crop straw, subsidies to the actual growers of the return area and subsidies by the village (neighborhood) level to fill out the "2022 straw mechanized field operation subsidy declaration confirmation form" (see Annex 2 for details) for confirmation. (7) Inspection and Evaluation. After the subsidy funds are paid to the subsidy recipients, the Office of Political, Legal and Social Management will take the lead in organizing the relevant departments such as finance, townships and streets, or entrusting social institutions to inspect the implementation of the policy, operational procedures, and the issuance of funds.
